Thai Boxing Eminent Air Gym is one of the forefront leader Thai boxing gyms in Thailand. It was founded in 1997 by Mr. Somboon Niruttimetee (A famous promoter from Lumpini boxing stadium. Trained by 6 professional trainers who well experienced Thai boxing classes from abroad. Our accommodation and gym is in the heart of town surrounded by friendly nature environment. Every course is closely staffed by our master practitioners with highly private and convenient accommodation. We offer both long-term program (included food and accommodation) and daily short-term program. Moreover, we also provide a real fighting program that will set you fight on a real famous boxing stadium as a real fighter which you will experience the most exiting impression! We hope to heart fully serve you as your best choice.

- Running 10-15 kilometers
- Practicing Plumb 30 mins
- Poa kicking with trainer 30 mins
- Reminding all tricks 15 mins
- After reminding, Hanging sandbag kicking,weight training, and stretching

- Running 10-15 kilometers
- Weight training 15 sets (20second per set) 3 times per set

- Weight training day,no training, except for someone who has program
goning to fight soon!( or for anyone who want to train)
3.00 pm – 6.00 pm

- Placticing Plumb 30 mins
- Pao kicking with trainner 30 mins
- Reminding all tricks 15 mins

-After reminding, Hanging sandbag kicking,Work out, and stretching

- Practicing plumb 30 mins
- Pao kicking with trainner 30 mins
- Reminding all tricks 15 mins
- After reminding, Hanging sandbag kicking,Work out, and stretching
